Is this treatment a relaxer?
No. It is a treatment base of keratin that naturally straightens your hair.

Can you do the treatment after coloring?
Yes. For better result, we recommend only after you color your hair.

Can you do the treatment on previously chemically treated hair?
Yes, you can do the treatment over any chemical: relaxed, Japanese straightening, highlights…

Can I wash my hair after the treatment, and when?
Yes, but only 4 days after you have done the treatment.

Can I wear a ponytail or tie my hair?
Only after the 4 days intermediate period.

What should I do if my hair gets wet during the first 4 days?
Blow-dry immediately and do not use a flat iron.

How long will the treatment stay on my hair?
Generally up to 4 or 5 months, depending on the quality of your hair.

My hair is naturally curly; will I lose the curl if I do the treatment?
No, you will only lose the frizz. After the first 4 days and the first shampoo, your hair will go back to its natural shape, only smoother.
